Privacy notice for the NBC 2026 signup form.
This is the privacy notice for the signup form at nbc-2026-form.pages.dev (and any iframe embedding it). It explains what we collect, why, where it goes, and how to opt out. Plain language, no surprises.
What we collect
Only what the form asks for, plus a couple of context fields we add ourselves:
- First name and last name
- Work email
- Company and role
- Signup source — whether you submitted from the booth, from aryze.io, or somewhere else (derived from the request origin)
- Signup date — the date we received your submission
We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics scripts, or fingerprinting on this form. We don't ask for or store IP addresses beyond what our hosting provider keeps in standard server logs (Cloudflare, ~24h retention).
Why we collect it
So we can send you occasional updates from Aryze — product news, Pay-by-Bank releases, things relevant to people moving money across payment rails. That's it. We don't sell, rent, or trade your data to anyone.
Legal basis under GDPR: consent (Article 6(1)(a)). You gave it by submitting the form. You can withdraw it any time (see How to opt out below).
Where the data lives
Your details are stored in Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), an EU-based email service provider acting as our data processor. Brevo is GDPR-compliant; its servers are in the EU. We've reviewed and accepted their data processing agreement.
The form itself is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may briefly hold request metadata (IP, timestamps) for routing and security; see Cloudflare's privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe, or until it stops being useful — whichever comes first. We review the list periodically and remove inactive addresses (no engagement for 24 months). You can also ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask us to:
- Confirm what data we hold about you (right of access)
- Correct anything that's wrong (rectification)
- Delete your data entirely (erasure / "right to be forgotten")
- Export your data in a portable format (portability)
- Restrict or object to specific uses
- Withdraw consent at any time
You can also complain to your local data-protection authority — in Denmark that's Datatilsynet.
How to opt out
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom — one click and you're off the list. Alternatively, email us at the address below with "unsubscribe" in the subject and we'll handle it manually.
